Obuv. Mir Kozhi’2010. Spring - the 32nd International Exhibition was held on March 23–26, 2010 at the Expocentre Fairgrounds.
Obuv. Mir Kozhi, the largest show for shoes and leather products in Russia and the Eastern Europe was arranged by Expocentre and Bologna Fiere (Italy) with the official support from the Italian Association of Footwear Manufacturers (ANCI) under the patronage of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.
This year the Exposition was located in the space of 6 319 sq. meters where world-renowned brands exhibited their prospective collections of autumn-winter 2010/2011 to the exacting professional audience. Besides new collections of fashionable design shoes visitors were demonstrated home, leisure and sports footwear for women, men and children. The Specialized Salon of Purses, Leather Haberdashery and Accessories arranged for the 8th time within the bounds of the exhibition presented new collections of purses, belts, gloves and other leather articles.
298 companies from China, France, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland and Turkey took part in Obuv. Mir Kozhi’2010. Spring.
The national exposition of Italy was traditionally the largest one at the show that completely corresponded to the Italian footwear manufacturers’ share in the Russian market.
Such companies as Braccialini, Marino Fabiani, Mario Cerutti, Nursace, Ras, Cromia, Loriblu, Nando Muzi, Ripani as well as other well-known ones displayed their new collections during the spring show.
The Obuv. Mir Kozhi exhibitions in Expocentre are designed mainly for professional visitors. Specialists including representatives of trade networks, stores, wholesale companies and trade houses from many regions of Russia as well as the CIS countries came to the show. Over 7 700 people visited Obuv. Mir Kozhi’2010. Spring; 84% of them (nearly 6 500) were specialists from the Russian regions, the CIS and foreign countries.
