The Obuv. Mir Kozhi 2015. Spring International Exhibition for Shoes and Leather Products will open its doors for shoe and leather designers and manufacturers from March 17 through 20, 2015. It will be the 42nd time that Expocentre Fairgrounds has accommodated the exhibitors showcasing the best and most promising collections of fashionable shoes and leather products from the world’s leading designers. This time everybody is getting ready for the Autumn/Winter 2015/2016 season.

The exhibition is a joint effort of Expocentre ZAO and BolognaFiere (Italy). It is supported by ASSOCALZATURIFICI and the Italian Ministry of Economic Development.

The exhibition is acknowledged by UFI – the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry, and RUEF – the Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs.

This year the exhibition welcomes 200 companies. Italy arranges a traditional national pavilion for Italian companies. Companies from Belarus, France, Germany, Portugal, Russia, San-Marino, Spain, Turkey, and the UK are also showing their new collections of shoes and leather products.

The event occupies 5 000 net sq m to show fashionable collections of men’s, ladies’ and children’s shoes. The Specialized Salon of Bags, Leather Haberdashery and Accessories, which will cover a wide range bags, purses, belts, gloves, suitcases, clothes and care products, is an important addition to the showcase of shoes. The Salon features such brands as Cromia, Gilda Tonelli, Valentino Orlandi, Di Gregorio, Ripani, Arcadia, Renato Angi, and many others.

As usual the exhibition will have the Business Contact Exchange and the Labour Exchange (Stand No.71À40, Hall 1, Pavilion No.7), as well as the Customs Clearance Advisory Centre (Stand No.71À60, Hall 1, Pavilion No.7).

The 11th Business Forum is expected to be very rich in events for professionals of the footwear industry. It will be devoted to the most relevant problems of their business.

In 2015 the accompanying events are divided into blocks devoted to effective purchasing and visual merchandising, marketing and logistics, business development and promotion in the Internet.

The exhibition also features various workshops as well as the Best Internet Shop for Customer and the Best Website for Buyer Competitions, and the 23rd International Competition of Shoe and Accessories Designers SHOES-STYLE 2015.
